- The bench centre base is made of close grained Cast iron conforming to Grade: IS 210
- FG: 260 (2009), heavy ribbed, stress relieved and hardness between 180 HB to 210 HB.
- One of the centres may be spring loaded for easy loading of Components.
- Head stock spindle is made up of hardened steel and chrome plated.
- Centres are made up of hardened steel.
